Millions of children in India are not able to complete their schooling and university studies every year for various reasons.

In spite of the fact that school education is free and compulsory for all children from the ages of 6 to 14, under the 2009 Right to Education Act of India, many thousands are not able to complete their school education and progress to the higher secondary and then to college.Less than half of India's children between the age 6 and 14 go to school.

Free education would probably mean no fees for the education and some schools may also provide free mid-day meals to students, however there are many other things that may be missing like books, uniforms, shoes and even simple things like notebooks and pen-pencil sets or drawing materials.

Cost of education is increasing year on year and many parents find it difficult to support their kids for school and higher education and we feel we all can help spread education for all the children.

Since you are here reading this page, we are sure you are also looking for different options to find how you can help students and would love to spread education.

EduHelp wants to help the school going students with basic requirements. Our team finds such students and provides this help in partnership with their school.

We can also help the schools in acquiring required equipment, laboratory instruments, sports instruments or even to get basic comforts for students like building a class room or building a toilet in school.

When a student selected or a school support project us finalised, it will be listed on this web site so that you can find the right option for your donation. Please note that EduHelp does not charge anything to the students or school and 100% of your contribution goes to the project.

Other ways to get involved.

Donations is not the only way to get involved. You can get involved by referring deserving students or education projects to EduHelp.

You can even get involved as a volunteer to help us in KYC of the students or explaining our objectives to schools and other organisations working in education field.

It does not matter even if you are retired. You may be able to spare even one hour every week from your other activities.
