SPDC (Scholarship Programme for Diaspora Children) Scheme is a scholarship scheme being implemented by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to assist children of NRIs, PIOs pursue under graduate courses (except medical courses) in Indian Institutions & Universities by providing Scholarship to the extent of 75% of the total Institutional Economic Cost.
